By visiting our site, initiating Facebook Messenger conversations through click-to-chat functionality, and/or enrolling in our programs, you engage in our "Service" and agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms of Service" or "Terms").
These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, clients, and content contributors. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing our website or using our services. By using any part of the site or interacting through Facebook Messenger, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our Services
We design and deliver high-impact, experiential transformation programs for accomplished professionals and entrepreneurs, including the AivotHealth Premium Challenge and the application-only AivotHealth Intensive (the "Services").
Certain services may be available exclusively through live, interactive events on platforms like Zoom or through direct communication channels like Facebook Messenger. All Service descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any Service at any time.
3. Facebook Messenger Communication
We use Facebook Messenger through click-to-chat functionality to communicate with users who initiate contact.
- We only send messages in response to user-initiated inquiries or within service delivery scope (program updates, payment confirmations, strategic audit scheduling)
- Communication occurs within appropriate messaging windows and platform guidelines
- We do not use Facebook Messenger to send unsolicited promotional messages or contact individuals who haven't explicitly opted in
4. General Conditions & Intellectual Property
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
The Service and all delivered materials (including program content, proprietary frameworks, and transformation methods) are AivotHealth's intellectual property. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any Service portion without express written permission.
5. Program Enrollment and Payments
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all enrollments. Our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay, securely handles all payment transactions. Payment information is always encrypted during network transfer.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you using the email, phone number, or contact method provided during order placement.
6. Program Policies & Commitments
- Our Guarantee: We guarantee to deliver the full program and dedicated expertise as described. We do not guarantee specific financial, business, or life outcomes, as these depend on participant commitment and implementation of provided transformation tools.
- Commitment & Cancellation: Enrollment in live transformation programs is a firm commitment. We dedicate significant time and resources to each cohort and limit seats to ensure high-quality, personalized experiences. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or non-attendance.
- Deferral Policy: In documented personal or medical emergencies preventing attendance, we will work with you case-by-case to defer enrollment to future cohorts, subject to availability.
7. User-Generated Content (Feedback & Submissions)
If you send feedback, testimonials, creative ideas, or other materials (collectively, 'comments'), you agree we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and otherwise use in any medium any comments forwarded to us for marketing and Service improvement purposes.
We have no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or pay compensation for comments. You agree comments will not violate third-party rights and will not contain unlawful or abusive material.
8. Personal Information
Your personal information submission, including through Facebook Messenger, is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Our Service and programs are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind.
AivotHealth, our directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, or similar damages, arising from your use of any Service, our website, or Facebook Messenger communication channels.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and separate agreements whereby we provide Services shall be governed by and construed according to India's laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any Terms of Service part by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
